This is for Mike, Peter, and Matt - it contains info about the condo that needs to be known.

Location:
• The condo is in the Lake Park Condos area.
• It is located on Crab Orchard Road, off of Avent Ferry.
• The particular condo is located on the ground floor.

General Info:
• Floor plan is similar to this:
  
• Includes washer and dryer.
• Kitchen contains a microwave, refrigerator, self-cleaning oven (don't recall if it has a dishwasher).

Each room contains the following:
• Bathroom with shower.
• Walk-in closet.
• Sliding Window.
• Ceiling Fan.
• 6 Outlet wallplates for 12 sockets total.
  
• 1 Cable TV Jack.
• 1 Phone wallplate with 2 outlets on it.

Rules are as follows (it's not hard - if you don't like it, leave it):
• Don't mess with other people's stuff.
• Don't do anything illegal within the condo. The Homeowners association pays for an APARTMENT OF POLICE TO LIVE THERE, and they are always wandering around. I hear they're nice, but they're still police, so don't do any illegal crap, I'll kill you.
• No smoking of any sort within the condo. No alcohol unless you are 21+. I'll kill you.
• Don't break stuff. I'll kill you.
• Help clean up.
• I'm not trying to be an ass with the rules, but this will be my brother's property and I will be personally responsible for supervising it.

I will be in Room 1.

Rent will be $250 a month, per person. Estimated utilities and internet connection bring it to $300-$350 per month, per person.
All rent money and utilities will be split evenly, and your portions will be paid to me so that I can give the payment to the owner.
